Grief Guide invites you to a day retreat designed for a deep, focused exploration of your grief journey. This retreat offers a sacred, separate space where you can process your pain and loss outside of your everyday life. We believe that beauty, nature, stillness, quiet, and solitude are essential elements of healing. The retreat typically includes 3-4 teaching sessions led by experienced grief guides, alongside ample time for personal reflection. We also integrate meaningful grief rituals and practices to support you in building your life around grief.
